The most important factor in surviving a criminal attack is to have an safety strategy before you need it.

Learn methods to avoid dangerous situations and prevent criminal confrontations. Address personal, home, automobile, telephone, travel and technological safety issues. Integrate common-sense crime prevention and personal safety strategies into your daily life.

  • Psychology of criminal predators
  • Mental preparedness – levels of awareness and mental conditioning
  • Home security – doors, locks, alarms, animals, visitors, schedules and mailboxes
  • Physical security – awareness while walking/jogging. Taking precautions for bags, purses and wallets while using buses and subways.
  • Automobile security – how to approach and enter your auto; how to deal with breakdowns; how to react to wrecks, police, hitchhikers, road rage and car alarms
  • Out-of-town and outside the country travel security - airports, automobiles, taxis, buses
  • Technological security – phones, identity, banking, cyberfraud, cyberstalking and bullying
  • Self-defense physical training – overview and how to find courses offered in town 
  • Personal protection devices – alarms, pepper spray, baton
